Are my purchases under warranty?
Yes, most products are covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
My order was damaged upon arrival. What can I do?
Firstly inform the courier to make a note of it on his delivery papers (Very Important!)
Then Contact Us within 5 days of receipt of the item at your delivery address.
How can I return a product?
If you really want to return the product be sure to do so within 5 days of receipt of the item at the delivery address.
Contact Us and we will get the ball rolling.
You will be requested to supply your order number, the name of the product you are returning, and the detailed problem with the item.
Know that return freight will be at your expense.
